RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
Other items that cannot be returned:

* Downloadable software
* Health products and Personal Care
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD , VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has some parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift during purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift upon purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift and they will know that you have returned the item.
