Shipping policy
1. PREPARATION OF ORDERS
Items ordered by the customer will normally be prepared and made available to the carrier within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. DELIVERY AND TRACKING
Items ordered will be delivered worldwide by postal service. They will be delivered to the postal address indicated by the Customer on the order form.
After receipt of the package by the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer for the tracking of the package. P >
Delivery is considered to have been made when the package is made available to the Customer at the address indicated on the order form.
The delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.
Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 days in Metropolitan France, 5 to 15 days in Europe and 5 to 21 days for the rest of the world.
The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the deadlines specified above.
< span> However, if the Products ordered have not been delivered within 30 days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or due to Customer, the sale may be resolved at the written request of the Customer under the conditions provided for in articles L 138-2 and L 138-3 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him at the latest within fourteen days of the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding.
3. DELIVERY COSTS
The following delivery costs will be applied, depending on the destination and the total weight of the packed package:
- Metropolitan France (including Corsica)- 5.5 € up to 500 g
- 7 € up to 1 kg
- 8 € up to 2 kg
- 14 € up to 5 kg
- European Union p>
- 8 € up to 500 g
- 9 € up to 1 kg
- 10 € up to 2 < span> kg
- 23 € up to 3 kg
- 29 € up to 5 kg < / li>
- World (including Europe outside the EU and French overseas departments and territories)
- 10 € up to 500 g < li> 15 € up to 1 kg
- 19 € up to 2 kg
- 56 € up to 5 kg
These rates correspond to the postal rates in force for professionals. For parcels of more than 2 kg destined for Europe and the World, more preferential rates may be found depending on the exact destinations. 4. OUT OF STOCK AND STORE HOLIDAYS
In the event of a shortage of stock, we undertake to communicate the situation as soon as possible and to find an alternative solution such as withdrawal from the item out of stock of the order or awaiting replenishment. The order will then be processed only after mutual consent on the procedure to be followed. If the customer does not respond within 21 days, the order will be canceled.
The store also reserves the right to stop taking orders several times during the year during trips by supply and seasonal vacations. During this period, the preparation and delivery times cannot be maintained.
In the event of force majeure, the store cannot be held legally responsible for any processing or delivery times for the order.
